Hi there, I'm Samia
As a former professional dancer, my body was pushed to its limits and often injured due to the demands of the career. Pilates has been my saving grace, literally healing my body. Now, in my 50s, I'm able to live life to the fullest and enjoy any activity I want, all thanks to the transformative power of Pilates.
Pilates became my sanctuary, orchestrating a remarkable healing process for my own body, from knees to back and hips.
This experience ignited my fascination with the human body’s capacity to self-heal through targeted exercises, prompting me to delve into the intricate study of the human body for years.
I sought certification through STOTT PILATES method , not only to heal myself but to extend that healing to others.
My belief in the transformative power of Pilates led me to become a certified Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES, certifying hundreds of instructors.
Launching this membership platform is rooted in the conviction that with the right guidance, and with the right exercises that are tailored to your body needs, you can achieve remarkable feats.
With more than 23 years of Pilates instruction under my belt, I’ve assisted clients ranging from the deconditioned or post rehab phases to athletes, empowering them to achieve and sustain their goals.
