Meet your instructor
Hey, I’m Samia Pellizzari
I’ve been helping people transform their lives through Pilates for over 24 years.
Before that, I was a professional dancer. I sustained a knee injury, and my Physical Therapist recommended Pilates to me. I noticed that it was helping me get stronger, but was infrequent about my therapy and ended up getting surgery.
After surgery, I was once again recommended to do Pilates (noticing a theme here?).
Finally, I listened and noticed that I could help others prevent the injuries that I had. Plus, I loved the way it made my body feel! For me, it was a natural transition of movement!
With over 24 years of experience, I'm certified in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, and post-rehab Pilates. I’m passionate about helping you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that truly supports you. I’ve poured my expertise and heart into this membership to help you feel your best!

The classes are approachable, accessible and fun. As an instructor, Samia is extremely knowledgeable and upbeat, which makes the class time fly by. I especially appreciate the short classes, as I'm able to easily fit them into my busy day and customize a routine to fit my needs. Within just a week or two of doing the classes consistently, I noticed improved muscle tone and functioning. My sitting posture has improved and the computer "hunchback" I've had has gradually lessened. Most importantly, overall I feel much stronger and more confident!
