Hey, Iâm Samia Pellizzari
Â
Iâve been helping people transform their lives through Pilates for over 23 years.Â
Before that, I was a professional dancer. I sustained a knee injury, and my Physical Therapist recommended Pilates to me. I noticed that it was helping me get stronger, but was infrequent about my therapy and ended up getting surgery.Â
After surgery, I was once again recommended to do Pilates (noticing a theme here?).
Finally, I listened and noticed that I could help others prevent the injuries that I had. Plus, I loved the way it made my body feel! For me, it was a natural transition of movement!
Now, Iâm certified in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and post- rehab Pilates - and Iâve poured my knowledge into this membership!
