With over two decades teaching movement, a strong background in functional anatomy, and experience helping clients from post-rehab to elite athletes, I specialise in helping real people feel strong, aligned, and pain-free.
As a former professional dancer who recovered from multiple injuries, I know firsthand how transformative the right movement can be. My mission is simple:
