October is my birthday month 🎂 and turning 55 has inspired me to celebrate movement in the best way possible — by teaching a class that supports lifelong strength.

In this 50-minute mat class, we’ll focus on bone density and joint health, using small props like hand weights &  flexband to safely challenge your body and protect your bones.

You’ll strengthen key muscles, improve posture and balance, and leave feeling empowered — knowing you’re taking steps to support your long-term health.
